All syrian mother of pearl furniture items are handmade such as mother of pearl dresser.  Those who are not familiar with handmade items means NOT PERFECT!  All of our products have imperfections. This is not considered damaged or improperly made this is part of the beauty of not being factory made. All of our products are handcrafted. Handmade tiles are not perfect they are handmade . 

 Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed! General merchandise items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt with a few exceptions.
Furniture , items that need to be shipped by freight, and custom orders are subject to slightly different rules which are described. We no longer allow syrian antique furniture, all sales are final.
We will not allow returns for these items at all. However we do try to work with you if you have any problem.
Store credits or exchanges will be allowed in certain cases. will not refund the shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned items unless the items delivered were either not what you ordered or arrived damaged. In these cases, you must contact us immediately upon receipt and we will arrange for a pickup of the goods.A 15% service fee will be charged on  returned
Freight shipping is a courtsey we extend to our customers worldwide.  Everything leaves our warehouse in good condition.  Insurance is purchased for you on anything you request to ship for you. 
All shipments must be signed for and inspected. The minute you sign your arrival receipt without noting any damages you have voided your insurance. Syrian mother of pearl furniture will not be held liable for any uninspected and undocumented damages.
Again we ship at your request as a courtsey. Any refunding for damages will come from the insurance from the freight company. However we will assist in filing a claim for you if in the unfortunate event something gets damaged inroute.
Special order such as mother of pearl mirrors, chest of drawers, cabinets, living room sets, bed headboards are not allowed for return nor exchange
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service  and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Our store will only be able to accept return packages clearly marked with an RMA number.
Pack and seal your return security in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages must be returned postage paid. We also recommend that you insure all packages since otherwise you will be responsible for any damage during the return shipment. will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Ship the product to us, insured, postage paid.
